Roles & Responsibilities Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms to support early detection Operate digital and 3D mammography systems, including Hologic 3D and Hologic Affirm BX Assist with and perform stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, and fine needle aspirations Accurately document procedures and patient information using Epic charting Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication during breast imaging and procedures Maintain imaging quality and safety standards while troubleshooting equipment and workflow issues Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support biopsy procedures and follow-up care Qualifications Minimum 2 years of mammography experience Experience with screening and diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic biopsy, needle localizations, and fine needle aspiration Epic charting experience required Experience with Hologic 3D and Hologic Affirm BX equipment ARRT M, ARRT R, and BLS certifications are preferred Outpatient procedures experience a plus Travel experience not required Knowledge & Skills Screening and diagnostic mammography techniques 3D/DBT mammography (Hologic 3D) Stereotactic biopsy and biopsy assistance Needle localization and fine needle aspiration procedures Epic electronic charting proficiency Strong patient communication and positioning skills Attention to image quality, safety, and protocol adherence Comfort working in an outpatient procedural setting Benefits A supportive team that values YOU and your work-life balance Flexible 4x10 day schedule with no weekends and no on-call Medical, dental & vision coverage options available Licensure assistance and certification reimbursement Paid time off to recharge and stay at your best Referral bonus program to reward your network building Travel reimbursement and housing support for contract staff A friendly workplace culture with opportunities to grow Travel Perks: Explore Newberg, OR Newberg sits in the heart of Oregon wine country, so when your shift ends you can unwind with vineyard and tasting-room visits, scenic drives through the Willamette Valley, and plenty of farm-to-table dining.
