Job Description:
As a Territory Manager for US Foods in the Bend and Redmond,
Oregon areas, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market
share and contributing to our top-line growth. Leveraging US Foods'
expansive catalog of over 350,000 products, including exclusive
private label brands, you will partner with restaurants and food
service operators to meet their unique needs and drive their
success. This role requires strategic territory management, keen
market insights, and a passion for customer engagement and sales
excellence. Develop and execute a strategic business plan for
managing assigned territory and reaching or exceeding sales
targets. Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with
existing and potential clients, understanding their unique needs
and how our products can meet them. Conduct regular face-to-face
and virtual meetings with clients to present product offerings and
services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities,
adjusting strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Collaborate
with inside sales representatives and other departments to optimize
the customer experience and facilitate order processes. Provide
after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat
business. Attend industry events and training workshops to stay
informed of new developments in the food and beverage sector.
Manage administrative tasks and update customer records in the
company database. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex
projects and multi-task effectively Strong analytical thinking and
problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite Knowledge of the foodservice industry and local market

Insurance 401k Certification in Sales or Marketing preferred. Valid
driver’s license and clean driving record as this position requires
frequent travel.
