Im local to the area and deeply connected to the community we serve. Outside of work, youll usually find me hiking, waterfall hunting, spending time near the water, floating the river, reading (I average about 200 books a year), or heading to a concert. Im married, have a cat, and truly value balance and enjoying life outside the office. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Were actively involved with the Opportunity Foundation and Every Child, including organizing drives to support foster children during the holidays. We also work closely with Guardian Group and BNI members, founded our BNI chapter in 2019, and stay engaged through the local Chamber of Commerce. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
