Job Description:
Marvin seeks a dynamic Retail and Marketing Representative to
join our dedicated team in enhancing company visibility and
increasing sales. This role involves a strategic mix of in-store
retail management and targeted marketing initiatives aligned with
Marvin's mission of providing high-quality, innovative window and
door solutions. The right candidate will have a passion for
excellence and a drive to achieve superior customer satisfaction by
integrating product knowledge and marketing techniques. Represent
Marvin’s mission and values in daily interactions with customers
and business partners. Develop and implement effective sales
strategies in retail environments to drive product sales and
increase brand recognition. Collaborate with the marketing team to
create compelling in-store displays and promotions that align with
overall marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and customer
feedback to propose adjustments to marketing strategies and product
offerings. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Marvin’s products to
provide accurate information to customers and to suggest suitable
products that meet their needs. Monitor and report on the
effectiveness of sales and marketing tactics and make
recommendations for improvements. Assist in planning and organizing
promotional events, ensuring they are successful in increasing
sales and enhancing brand visibility. Strong sales skills with a
knack for persuasion and negotiation. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with
diverse groups. Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and
tools. Proven ability to manage and execute projects from
conception to implementation. Strong analytical skills to interpret
market data and performance results. Medical Insurance Dental

or a professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) are
advantageous but not required.
