The Quality Inn & Suites is currently hiring a part time front desk clerk.Job Summary: To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front office related functions. To maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times. This position is 3 to 4 days. Must be able to work either a shift from 7:00am-3:00pm or from 3:00pm-11:00pm, any day of the week.--Job Duties:1. Perform all front desk procedures according to front desk agent job description.Job Qualifications:1. The ability to demonstrate excellent guest service skills.2. The ability to handle multiple tasks.3. Possess and maintain a clean and professional appearance.4. Possess basic office skill and phone etiquette.5. The ability to resolve challenging situations.6. Prior cash handling experience is requiredWE ARE A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE. WE DO PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENS AS WELL AS RANDOMLY THROUGHOUT YOUR EMPLOYMENT.
