meaningful change. What you'll do
- Act as the primary liaison with our third-party administrator
to oversee leave administration (including FMLA, OFLA, ADAAA),
ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal
standards.
- Monitor and review our third-party administrator leave and
accommodation decisions for accuracy, addressing and promptly
resolving any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and management to streamline
leave and benefits processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for leaves,
benefits, and accommodations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance
efficiency and employee satisfaction. Background/education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field or
equivalent education, training and work-related experience
required
- Certification in HR or benefits administration (e.g., PHR,
SHRM-CP) preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leave and benefits
administration, preferably in a healthcare setting, with experience
working with Third-Party Administrators and managing ADAAA
cases
- In-depth understanding of leave management laws (FMLA, ADAAA,
etc.), benefits administration, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office
Suite
