Supporting Data Transfer and Clean-up Location: Onsite in Bend, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 7:30am-4:30pm Compensation:
$24-$28/hour DOE Duration: 4-6 weeks with potential for extension
What You'll Do: Review annual scopes of contracts and plans to
confirm accurate pricing and scope details, flag gaps, and correct
discrepancies. Migrate attachments from the legacy platform to the
new system (SalesForce) to ensure easy access to contracts. Follow
SOPs with screenshots/images for each step to ensure consistency
and quality. Collaborate with the local scheduling/operations teams
to resolve data questions quickly. What You'll Bring: Detail
orientation and strong ability to follow written procedures
step-by-step. Comfort with repetitive/monotonous tasks while
maintaining high accuracy. Salesforce experience is a strong plus .
Experience working with contracts is a plus. Familiarity with
working within a services based organization (such as HVAC, or
other type of consumer services) is a plus. Pay Details: $24.00 to
