Job Description:
CFS Portland is growing our team. Join our team for a rewarding
career, focused on building relationships and discovering new
talent! Overview of the role: We provide top-tier accounting and
finance talent to businesses through a collaborative, team-oriented
matchmaking process. Sell: Prospect, call, connect, and meet with
potential clients. Ask lots of discovery questions to identify
current or future hiring needs. Sell your recruiting services and
represent your candidates. Explain contracts, and close the deal.
Recruit: Write job descriptions, network, InMail, and otherwise
source accounting and finance professionals. Screen, interview,
qualify, assess, and advise job-seekers on their career goals.
Matchmake: Recommend the best-fit candidate for each open position.
Assist throughout the entire interviewing/hiring process. Negotiate
salaries, terms, and conditions. Follow up: ensure successful
placements, fix any issues, and continue growing the relationships.
