Job Description:
Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated and reliable Class A Driver
Lead to join our team in the front lines of environmental
protection. This role is critical in supporting our mission to
manage, transport, and dispose of hazardous materials safely and
responsibly. The Driver Lead will play a pivotal role in
maintaining compliance with transportation laws and regulations,
while leading a team of drivers to ensure the timely and secure
delivery of our services across North America. Manage and lead a
team of Class A Drivers to ensure efficient delivery operations.
Coordinate and plan routes to maximize productivity and adherence
to delivery schedules. Ensure all transportation activities comply
with federal, state, and local regulations. Train and mentor
drivers on safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous
materials. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
checks. Report and document operational activities, incidents, and
safety violations. Liaise with customers and internal departments
to address any issues or concerns. In-depth knowledge of DOT
regulations and safety standards. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent communication and organizational
abilities. Proficient in using GPS and route management software.
Ability to operate and maintain transportation vehicles. Medical

Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement preferred.
