Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant She Recruits is partnering with a forward-thinking,
patient-centered healthcare organization redefining primary care
through a blend of traditional and functional medicine. This is not
a volume-driven clinic model. This is root-cause medicine,

experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are

Primary Care Functional & Integrative Medicine
Oregon
$125,000 $165,000 base salary annually, depending on experience and
scope of practice.
No nights. No weekends. Minimal call (one week per year,
phone-only).

Order and interpret labs and imaging
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Create personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle
modification, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
Educate patients on prevention and sustainable health
strategies
Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related
specialty
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Interest or experience in functional/integrative medicine strongly
valued
Strong communicator who builds lasting patient relationships
Comfortable in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
