Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director (MD/DO) to join a growing healthcare organization in Coos Bay, Oregon . Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical quality, standards, and compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and proper documentation Lead and mentor NPs, PAs, and clinical staff Drive quality improvement initiatives and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications ?? MD or DO ?? Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty ?? Active or eligible Oregon medical license ?? Prior leadership or Medical Director experience preferred ??
