Full-Time Night Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for 40 hours a
week to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our
12-hour nights. Pay differential is included. Pay: $40-$43 an hour
shift differentials Shift Differentials: Weekends (Saturday &
Sunday, 6am-6pm): $4/hour Nights (Monday-Friday, 6pm-6am): $4/hour
Weekend Nights (Saturday 6pm-Sunday 6am & Sunday 6pm-Monday 6am):
$5/hour Benefits: Paid time off Medical specialties: Physical
setting: Clinic / Corrections Shifts: 5pm - 5am Week 1:
Mon-Tues-Fri -Sat Week 2: Sun-Wed-Thur Work every other weekend
(Fri-Sat-Sun) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in
an outpatient settings. Assess patient needs and develop a plan of
care to meet those needs. Perform nursing assessments and
interventions to ensure quality patient care. Document patient
progress and treatments in the medical record. Educate patients and
families on health promotion and disease prevention. Administer
medications as prescribed by the physician. Monitor vital signs and
adjust treatments accordingly. Provide excellent care! Skills,
Knowledge and Expertise Requirements: Valid LPN license in the
state of OR 1 year experience as an LPN preferred Active BLS from
either the AHA or ARC Ability to pass a background check BLS
