Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is
seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and
Epic charting proficiency for a 13-week contract assignment. /n /n
Responsibilities/n - Position is in a short term acute care setting
- MRI Tech unit with a 1:1 patient ratio - Work schedule consists
of 4x10 hour shifts, with day shifts from 6:00 to 16:00 and evening
shifts from 14:00 to 0:00 - Weekend coverage occasionally required
to help cover shifts - Block scheduling is required - No call or
graveyard shifts required - Epic EMR experience is required - All
staff are expected to help with weekend coverage when needed -
Travelers may be required to float between all facilities within
the state - Returning employees must wait at least 3 months before
returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the
facility - Scrub color is flexible; any color allowed, with certain
departments providing scrubs - Parking is free onsite - Minimal to
no requested time off is preferred; RTO should be requested prior
to assignment offer - COVID and flu vaccination may be required /n
/n Requirements/n - Minimum of 2 years experience as an MRI
Technologist - Current and valid MRI Technologist certification
required - BLS certification required if applicable - Experience
with Epic EMR is required - Two supervisory references from the
past three years in a comparable setting are required - SSN and DOB
required for consideration - Must provide necessary certifications
for consideration - License required if applicable /n Benefits/n -
