Director Eugene, Oregon Opening Mid-March A newly secured
outpatient physical therapy clinic in Eugene, OR is seeking a
Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead the clinic from the
ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership
role with full operational support, strong ownership involvement,
and the freedom to shape the clinic's culture, care model, and
community presence. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary
based on experience, up to $105,000 Metric-based bonus structure in
Year 1 (Goals developed collaboratively with clinic ownership)
Unlimited continuing education reimbursement PTO: 2 weeks Paid
holidays: 6 days Monthly health insurance stipend 401(k) retirement
plan Position Details Full-time, salaried position (40-hour work
week) Clinic opening mid-March 100% outpatient setting One-on-one
patient care model Full-time pay regardless of caseload during
ramp-up EMR: Prompt Leadership & Support Highly engaged, hands-on
clinic owner available 24/7 Owner handles scheduling, billing, and
insurance verification initially (Customer Support Specialist to
assume these duties within ~2 months) Clinic owner has a strong
marketing background Collaborative partnership on advertising,
marketing, and community outreach Opportunity to help shape clinic
operations, workflows, and growth strategy Patient Care Model
One-on-one treatment sessions 60-minute evaluations and routine
visits initially (with the option to transition routine visits to
40 minutes) Patient age range based on PT preference and comfort
level Care offerings based on PT strengths and interests Outpatient
services may include: Orthopedics, Neurological rehab, Balance &
