Supervisor Clinic RN at Providence Health and Services summary:
The Supervisor Clinic RN manages clinical support staff and clinic
workflows, ensuring high-quality, timely, and safe patient care
while upholding nursing standards and clinic policies. This
leadership role includes supervising delegation to licensed and
unlicensed personnel, improving staff skills, and participating in
clinic leadership to advance ambulatory care operations. Requires
RN licensure (Oregon and/or Washington as applicable), BLS
certification, direct patient care experience, and prior
supervisory experience. Description The Clinical Staff Supervisor
coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical
workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions
as a integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the
professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the
standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by
clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality
and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Leads clinical
staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an
efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the
patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Ensures
compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Upon hire: National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse
License. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License - for
locations in Washington3 years Direct patient care, preferably in
an ambulatory setting. 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably
in an ambulatory setting. Clinical experience in triage principles
of patient assessment. Experience in delegation of nursing
responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably
within the ambulatory setting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
