Job Description Job Description Full-Time OBGYN Opportunity just outside Salem, Oregon - $400,000 starting salary plus sign-on bonus Join an established, growing OBGYN practice serving a loyal patient base near Salem, Oregon. This role offers a collaborative team environment, a strong referral network, and access to a new women's health clinic for long?term practice growth. Why Join Our Team? Starting Salary: $400,000 plus RVUs, sign-on bonus, and relocation Comprehensive Practice Model: Join a team of 1 OBGYN, 1 CNM, 1 Women's Health NP/PA, and two locums Strong Support Staff: Supported by medical assistants, midwives, and PAs for seamless patient care Low?Risk Focus: Primarily low?risk OB cases, averaging 10-15 deliveries per month per provider Dedicated OR and Clinic Time: 3 days of clinic and 1 OR day per week, with manageable call responsibilities Generous Compensation: $400,000 base salary, RVU?based bonuses, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Support, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, malpractice) Qualifications Board?Eligible or Board?Certified in OBGYN MD or DO from an accredited residency program ACLS certified and eligible for an Oregon medical license New graduates, experienced physicians, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply About the Location Live and work just outside Salem, Oregon, in a community that delivers a welcoming, family?friendly lifestyle in the heart of the Willamette Valley.
