You’ll be part of a collaborative team of physicians and APPs providing comprehensive urologic services across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings—all while enjoying work-life balance in the heart of Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley. Position Highlights: • Full-scope general urology practice with opportunities to pursue niche interests • Outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, OR-based procedures including robotic-assisted surgery • AI-enhanced technology and full EPIC EMR integration to improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency • Participation in shared call rotation, including inpatient rounds and urgent urologic surgeries • Opportunities to lead in protocol development, policy design, and patient education initiatives What You’ll Need: • MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Urology residency • Board certification in Urology (or eligibility within 5 years) • Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain) • DEA certification • Experience with robotic and general urologic procedures • Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus Compensation & Incentives: • Base salary starting at $545,972 with uncapped productivity potential • $75,000 start bonus • Up to $27,000 in relocation assistance • Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment over 5 years • CME stipend with dedicated time off • Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, retirement contributions, and malpractice insurance • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible Why Salem Health?
