Description Newly opened Gastroenterologist position at
PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend! PeaceHealth
is expanding Gastroenterology services in the Eugene and
Springfield, Oregon area. We seek a BC/BE gastroenterologist to
join 3 experienced GI physicians and 3 APCs. We have a
collaborative team environment that supports a work and home life
balance. ERCP desired, but not required. Practice Highlights: -
Dedicated anesthesia support for outpatient endoscopy center -
10-15 patients per day - day of clinic per week - Call shared with
PeaceHealth physicians and with an external local GI group The
vision at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center RiverBend is to
provide access and services to our GI patients, both in the
immediate community and catchment areas along the Oregon coast and
southern Oregon. PeaceHealth has a clinician well-being program
that includes: - A dedicated medical director of clinician wellness
- Vendor relationships that provide free coaching, counseling, and
concierge services - Practice experience program (PEP),
longitudinal New Clinician Education and Clinician Leadership
Development programs that focus on efficiency principles, patient,
and human experience, and include CME credits - DAX - An ambient
intelligent scribe solution to assists with completing ambulatory
notes. Compensation & Benefits: - One year salary guarantee of
$605,195 based on a 1.0FTE. - Generous employment bonus -
