Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Neuro ICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/08/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Experience Requirements - Years of Experience: 2 years ICU required (1 year perm acceptable – HARD STOP) - Travel Experience: Required - Trauma Experience: Trauma Level I or II preferred - Epic Experience: Required (recent) - Floating Experience: Required – travellers float first Licenses & Certifications Required: - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS Preferred: - TNCC - TCAR - CCRN - CSC - SCRN - TCRN Skills Required (Full Facility List) - Dysrhythmia interpretation & management - Multi-system organ failure - Hypothermia / Hyperthermia management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - IV insulin protocols - Renal failure care - Arterial line management - Blood products - Central/PICC line management - Starting IVs - Continuous sedation - Emergency meds - Procedural sedation - Cardiac & Vasoactive drips titration - BiPAP/CPAP - Chest tube assistance - Ventilator management - HFNC - ABG interpretation - EVD, ICP monitoring - Wound vac - Temp pacers - CRRT - Trauma ICU care - Neuro ICU care - Post-craniotomy/neurosurgery care 14 (3102780) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
