ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR -
Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Oregon. Job
Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room
Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per
week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job
Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A
minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is
required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks.
Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial
assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - OR Job
Details: • Work 40 hours per week with shift times from 6:30 AM to
5:00 PM • Call coverage required • Must have experience with
orthopedic, spine, robotics, and vascular procedures • Demonstrate
critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in operating room
patient care • Work as part of surgical team with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, ORTs, and other personnel • Ensure proper
supplies and timeliness of surgical cases • Communicate with
patient families and update physician preference cards • Scrub and
assist physicians during surgical procedures • Supervise personnel
delivering patient care • Follow State Nurse Practice Act, AORN
standards, and regulatory requirements • Adhere to hospital and
surgical department policies and procedures • Provide patient care
according to physician orders and established protocols Facility:
