extraordinary care. Required Qualifications: - Graduate of an
accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing - Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse - Washington Licensed Practical
Nurse (within 60 days of hire) - Driving is a necessary as part of
this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws
and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to
provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
