Mobile Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. We partner with
residential and long-term care facilities to deliver comprehensive,
evidence-based mental health services. Our integrated approach

meaningful impact. Responsibilities - Conduct psychiatric
evaluations, medication management, and therapy for residents in
long-term care settings. - Develop individualized treatment plans
and collaborate with facility staff, primary care providers, and
families. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the
electronic health record (EHR). - Participate in interdisciplinary
team meetings to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Compensation Structure Reimbursement is based on visit codes,
including: - Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (90792) - Follow-Up
Medication Management (99214, 99215) - Psychotherapy with
Medication Management (90833, 90836) - Crisis Services & Extended
Evaluations (as applicable) Compensation is competitive and aligned
with industry standards, ensuring maximized earnings per visit.
Qualifications - Active licensure as a PMHNP, PMHCNS. - Licensure
in Oregon - Strong communication and collaboration skills to
effectively work with facility staff, families, and primary care
teams. - Self starter. - Comfortable navigating electronic health
records (EHR) to document and retrieve patient information. Why
