Job Description Responsibilities Student loan repayment program
as well as relocation assistance offered! As an ICU Nurse you will
work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary health care team to
provide patient care of considerable difficulty and utilize the
nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate care given to
patients. Essential Duties: - Observe collect and record data
related to a patient's biophysical psychosocial environmental and
self care ability as well as educational and discharge planning
needs. Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis.
Measures progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and goals.
- Implements an age appropriate plan of care in conjunction with
the physician patient patient's family and other members of the
interdisciplinary health care team. - Administers medication to
ensure patient safety. Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am Core Schedule: Week 1
Sun, Wed, Thu; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat This position requires on call
with a 45 minute response time. Qualifications
License/Certifications: - State of Oregon RN License - American
Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers - ACLS
certification within 6 months of hire - TNCC PALS and/or CCRN
preferred Experience: - 2400 hours within the last 24 months as a
Registered Nurse in acute care Education: - Associates Degree in
