By providing patients with fast and reliable access to our dedicated group of clinicians, we have revolutionized the way in which healthcare is delivered in the Long-Term Care setting.We are currently seeking experienced physicians looking to join our group of diverse, compassionate providers to help deliver the highest quality of care to our patient population.Physicians with AgeRight Clinical Service will serve as Medical Director at various facilities throughout the Portland Metro area. In this role you will be responsible for rounding on new admissions at assigned facilities, focusing heavily on transition management, quality improvement, and reduction in hospital readmissions. Each facility also has the support of an Advanced Practice Provider and administrative team to support a healthy work life balance.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine Physician who desires to work in a facility-based environment, enjoys autonomy, and is looking to exercise their clinical skillset in our ever-evolving environment.
