Description & Requirements
Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements). *Orientation for this unit will be held biweekly as follows: 6/26, 7/10, 7/24, 8/7, 8/21, etc.
Shift: 4x10 Nights (2045-0715)
Experience REQ: Must be able to function in all service lines independently as the night shift has minimal support (one RN, one CST, one Anesthesia tech, and one SSA). Level 1 or 2 trauma experience required. 1 Year of Epic experience is required.
First-Timers Accepted: Travel experience preferred.
Weekend REQ: TBD
Certs REQ: BLS; ACLS is preferred.
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per Week
Busiest Service Lines: Ortho (2 years of exp/level 3 exp - including total joints), Neuro (2 years of exp/level 3 exp - including craniotomies), Gen/Vasc, GYN/Uro, Robotics. RN needs to be comfortable in a level 2 trauma unit.
Any special procedure done on the unit? We perform high acuity ortho, neuro, and general cases at all times of the day as part of our Level @ Trauma certification. Our Robot Team is on a journey to becoming a Robotic Center of Excellence. We currently deploy 3 Xi robots.
Common Equipment: Doppler, ultrasound, Neptune, Aquamantis, Video Systems, Lasers, Various Stapling systems, Hana and Jackson tables.
