Job Description:
Account Manager position in a beautiful area outside of
Portland, OR. So you get the best of both worlds - the peaceful

Client Retention Focus As the primary contact for your clients,
your main goal is to build long-term relationships that promote
satisfaction, retention, and additional sales. You'll ensure the GT
Experience by being the main point of contact for seamless
communication. The Account Manager is in charge of achieving
revenue growth, profitability, and contract retention goals through
exceptional service and strong client relationships. Salaried
Activities: Client Management Establish, maintain, and follow a set
schedule for daily client contacts and job site visits. Document
these activities daily in Sales Force or as needed. Cultivate
strong client relationships by fully understanding each client's
needs and limitations. Ensure contract renewals are properly signed
within your portfolio/territory. Upload all signed agreements into
Boss. Assist clients with problem-solving related to landscape
management, horticulture, and site-specific issues. Lead the job
start-up process with the lead foreman and business development
team. Manage service mix, pricing, and margins based on agreed
standards and goals. Identify and recommend low-margin properties
for reengineering or replacement. Marketing Management: Organize
and oversee your portfolio/territory according to an agreed
marketing and development strategy. Prioritize client management
and personal sales activities to achieve business goals, including
managing costs and sales. Document these activities daily. Monitor
and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant
reports and information to managing partners and operations
managers. Sales: Present site enhancement ideas to clients
proactively to meet the salary recovery goal. Exceed sales growth
and renewal goals each month and quarter. Employment Type: Full
Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
