PositionWe are seeking a Residential Program Director to join our
dedicated team of professionals! In this role, you will lead a team
that includes the Residential Assistant Director, Regional
Administrators, and Clinical Managers, ensuring that all programs
are in line with our mission and values. You will be responsible
for setting strategic goals, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a
culture focused on recovery, and overseeing the operational,
clinical, and quality outcomes of all residential programs. As the
Residential Program Director, you will offer consultation and
guidance to Residential Program Leadership. Your role will involve
developing, coaching, mentoring, and empowering those you supervise
to enhance their responsibilities, industry knowledge, scope of
influence, and overall performance. Additionally, you will be
responsible for initiating and setting program goals that align
with ColumbiaCare's strategic objectives, which include monitoring
and communicating outcomes, celebrating successes, and identifying
areas for growth. The Residential Program Director provides the
clinical supervision for the Clinical Managers. Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). May
include on call after hours availability based on program needs.
What You'll Make$8,333.33 - $10,833.33 per month
DOE/Credentials.Additional 5% Language Differential offered for
Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the ProgramThis is an administrative position that oversees
Regional Administrators and Clinical Managers who support the
overall function and services of Residential Treatment Homes,
Residential Treatment Facilities and Secure Residential Treatment
Facilities throughout the various regions. See more information on
our programs and services on our website. ColumbiaCare Services is
a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness
(PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the
Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. What You'll Need
- Proven leadership experience with at least 4 years in a
management role, demonstrating strong abilities in program
planning, budgeting, fiscal management, and personnel
supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
skills are essential to ensure accuracy and compliance across all
areas of responsibility.
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional
(QMHP) registration. Eligibility requires:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or
related field
- MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO
(2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health
treatment setting.
- Management experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus.
If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health &
Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist
you in registering within 30 days of hire. Driving is an essential
function of this position. Successful applicants MUST also have a
valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and
have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical
Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit,
talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability
to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop,
squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as
well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Reasonable
