ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (EDP) Now seeking three (3)
candidates for the July 2026 Cohort! If you would love to be part

benefits! Primary Purpose This position is a developmental
opportunity for technical training and development in the
investment casting area of the aerospace industry. This two-year
program will prepare a cohort of successful candidates to fill
individual contributor or leadership/management roles in the
Titanium Division of CPP by immersing the candidates via a rotation
through multiple defined roles over the course of two years. This
training targets critical aspects of investment casting, allowing
the candidates to drive the future of our business. If you thrive

this facet of manufacturing and engineering by working hands-on in
an exciting fast-paced titanium casting facility. We offer growth

world-wide operations. Rotational Structure The CPP Albany Titanium
Group includes two investment casting facilities – Selmet, Inc. and
Pacific Cast Technologies, Inc. (PCT). We are seeking qualified
internal candidates with enthusiasm and the desire to excel. This
developmental program is designed to accelerate your career growth
and increase your professional capabilities as you progress through
cross-functional rotations. Each rotation includes on-the-job
experiences to provide exposure to all aspects of investment
casting, with two 1-year facility rotations, and up to 2
assignments per rotation. Rotation areas may include the following:
Process Engineering Part Engineering Dimensional Engineering New
Product Introduction Facilities/Automation Operations/Supervision
Skills Development Lean Six Sigma Lean and Six Sigma are both
process improvement methodologies, but they approach the goal of
efficiency from different angles. Lean focuses on eliminating waste
and streamlining processes to improve speed and flow, while Six
Sigma emphasizes reducing variation and defects using statistical
analysis. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) combines both approaches to create a
comprehensive strategy for optimizing processes and maximizing
value for the customer. Divisional Benchmarking within CPP Explore
the entire CPP “total solution” footprint, including Airfoils,
Structurals and Metals, in addition to Titanium, by collaborating
with counterparts in all areas of the business. May include
international travel to sister facilities; passport may be
required. Professional Networking Participate in a biannual
leadership Strategy Session (January/July), quarterly DP activities
and monthly lunch and learn sessions. Education and Experience Must
have a BS in Engineering or related field (Internal Candidates)
Must be a current CPP Employee with a bachelor’s degree in
engineering or related field; 6 years of CPP experience in a
technical or engineering role may be considered in lieu of
applicable degree Intern/co-op experience or exposure in
