looking for experienced HVAC installers for multi and single-family
new construction. Compensation: up to $45 per hour, DOE. Schedule:
Monday – Friday Work Location: Central Oregon - Redmond, OR

Vehicle and Gas Card, for eligible positions Responsibilities,
include but not limited to: Accurately and efficiently install top
of the line residential HVAC equipment. Ability to read prints and
drawings, a plus. Experience with installing ductwork, registers,
thermostats, fireplaces, startup installed equipment and adjust to
the job and manufacturers specifications, troubleshoot, and adapt
to resolve/repair any/all issues, duct, gas/electric split, and
mini-split systems. Maintain communication with your manager,
parts, and installation teams. Complying with service standards,
work instructions, and customers’ requirements. Keep your truck
inventory up to date. Properly complete paperwork. Attention to
detail, accurate documentation of hours, and material per job.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks. Always
maintain safety standards. Ensuring compliance with appliance
standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Prepare
operational reports. Update job-related knowledge or skills.
Assisting with customers' queries. Qualifications: Valid and
insurable driver’s license with clean driving record. Minimum of 2
years of HVAC experience. Certifications and training in HVAC,
preferred. On-the-job training and continuing education assistance
provided. Have verifiable work history and references. Able to
communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team
members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email.
Ability to lift 80 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in
small spaces. Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to
multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate
resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and
demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and
effectively. Have a great attitude that blends well with a
fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Must be punctual with a clean
presentation of them self and be prepared to work every day to
provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness
