Engineering is hiring experienced Machinists at our Tualatin,
Oregon headquarters. Qualified candidates must possess the
necessary skills to successfully function in a quick-turn,
high-speed machine shop. This position presents a great opportunity
for someone with strong mechanical aptitude/skills and an attention
to detail with many avenues for career growth. Set up and operate a
variety of CNC machine tools and controls to produce precision
parts. There are four shifts available: Day Shift: Monday through
Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Swing Shift: Monday through
Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Weekend Day Shift: Friday through
Sunday, 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and Weekend Night Shift: Friday
through Sunday, 5 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. All shifts are full-time, and
the off shifts are eligible for an industry-leading shift
differential. This position is on site (not remote/not hybrid) and
not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.
Requirements: Job Responsibilities: Include, but not limited to:
Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds. Read and
interpret manufacturing prints. Possess efficient math skills and
basic understanding of geometric tolerance. Check parts using basic
measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, pins,
indicators and bore gauges. CNC setup and operation; tech tools,
load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly. Haas,
Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls. Inspect machined parts
following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol. Must have
CNC 3 & 4 axis machining experience. 5 axis is a plus. Able to
change fixtures, replace tool changes and manage tool libraries.
Machining and holding tolerances of /- .0005". 5s, keeping area
clean and organized. The employee must be able to perform the

/ Experience and Technical Skills: Minimum high school diploma or
equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to
communicate effectively. Proficient computer skills, including
Microsoft Office. Able to multitask and manage multiple task
simultaneous. Experienced minimum in the set-up and run of 3axis
vertical CNC mills, 4 & 5 axis is a plus. Experienced with multiple
metrology tools for measuring and recording part dimensions.

preferred. Compensation / Benefits: $21 to $37 per hour DOE and
