Job Description:

Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Eugene,
OR, providing leave coverage through June 12, 2026. This on-site
contract opportunity supports Lane Education Service Districts
Speech Language Services, which are part of a broader Special
Education Service Area. The role serves students with moderate to
severe disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, and
adjudicated at-risk youth, offering a dynamic and impactful
environment for experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to
students with diverse communication needs. - Collaborate with
educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs). - Utilize low and high tech
augmentative communication systems to support student development.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards in
all communications and documentation. - Participate in ongoing team
meetings and professional development activities. Qualifications: -
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication
Disorders. - Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired or
Communications Disorder Endorsement and/or State of Oregon
Speech-Language Pathology License. - ASHA Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC-Speech) is preferred. - Experience working with
students who have moderate and severe disabilities is highly
desirable. - Proficiency with augmentative communication
technologies. - Valid Oregon Drivers License. - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. -
Ability to uphold confidential information. - First Aid/CPR
certification may be required. Location: - Eugene, Oregon (on-site
