What You'll Do: As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll provide reliable, high-quality service that homeowners can trust. You will: Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers Present service options, memberships, and financing when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle Accurately complete invoices and documentation accurately Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings What We're Looking For: 2 years of residential service experience Oregon General Journeyman Plumber License (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong understanding of local plumbing codes Residential service or install experience preferred A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to professionalism and quality workmanship What's In It For You: Competitive Pay Profit Sharing Earn $42.50 per hour base plus profit sharing, with top performers bringing in $120,000 per year.
