for experienced HVAC Installers – New Construction to join our

looking for experienced HVAC installers for multi and single-family
new construction. Compensation: up to $30 per hour, DOE. Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 7am – 4pm Work Location: Central Oregon - Redmond,

include but not limited to: Accurately and efficiently install top
of the line residential HVAC equipment in our new construction
customers’ homes. Ability to read prints and drawings. Experience
with installing ductwork, registers, thermostats, fireplaces.
Maintain communication with your manager, parts, and installation
teams. Properly complete paperwork. Attention to detail, accurate
documentation of hours, and material per job. Maintain quality
standards on all installations and tasks. Always maintain safety
standards. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with
the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Prepare operational
reports. Update job-related knowledge or skills. Assisting with
customers' queries. Qualifications: Valid and insurable driver’s
license with clean driving record. Minimum of 1 year of HVAC
experience in new construction. Certifications and training in
HVAC, preferred. On-the-job training and continuing education
assistance provided. Have verifiable work history and references.
Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with
other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone
and email. Ability to lift 80 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and
work in small spaces. Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented,
able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and
accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible,
and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and
effectively. Have a great attitude that blends well with a
fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Must be punctual with a clean
presentation of them self and be prepared to work every day to
provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness
