They are currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team for an exciting new mixed-use, podium-style midrise development . Client Details My client are a well-establish PNW based Developer with an excellent reputation. Their projects are usually located in thriving urban neighbourhoods. Description Project Oversight & Site Management Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Safety & Compliance Quality Control Communication & Reporting Scheduling & Planning Permit & Inspection Coordination Punch List & Project Closeout Profile Significant experience in multifamily residential construction , ideally mid-rise or podium projects Proven ability to manage field operations from pre-construction through closeout Strong coordination skills with subcontractors, city officials, and internal development teams Familiarity with Building Code Passion for building high-quality, community-driven project Job Offer $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience West Side Based Project MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
