Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Overnight Security Officer to join our dynamic team, providing top-tier security services primarily in the aviation and events sectors. This position requires vigilance, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. The Overnight Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of premises, assets, staff, and guests during nighttime hours. The role demands a proactive approach to incident response, regular patrolling, and precise reporting, ensuring that all security protocols are executed with precision. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and respond to security threats. Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage for any unusual activities. Manage access control to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the premises. Respond promptly to alarms and disturbances to prevent harm or theft. Document all security incidents and ensure all reports are completed accurately and timely. Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary. Ability to operate security monitoring systems. Strong observational skills to detect suspicious behaviors. Proficiency in writing clear and concise reports. Effective communication skills for handling diverse situations. Capability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently. Valid security guard license. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. Any additional certification related to security or law enforcement is a plus.
