Commercial & Personal Insurance Agency in Kaiser, Oregon to hire a
driven, relationship-focused Insurance Agent who is ready for more
than just a sales role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who
wants long-term growth, the ability to eventually oversee office
operations, and the chance to build a meaningful career within a

What You’ll Do · Serve as the primary point of contact for
commercial and personal insurance clients, delivering a
consultative and high-touch experience · Assess client needs and
recommend tailored insurance solutions across Commercial, Farm,
Auto, Home, and Lifelines · Manage policy renewals with accuracy,
follow-through, and strong attention to detail · Build and maintain
long-term client relationships through proactive service and
trusted guidance · Generate new business through community
networking, referrals, and relationship-building · Support daily
office operations, with increasing responsibility over time ·
Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and best
practices · Stay current on insurance regulations, compliance
standards, and industry changes Qualifications/Requirements: · 2
years of commercial and personal insurance experience (required) ·
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) · Business
ownership, leadership, or managerial experience (strong plus) ·
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
· Life & Health Insurance License (preferred, not required) ·
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred,
